Julie began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in health administration and a position as manager of a large medical practice in Birmingham Alabama. She returned to the University of Alabama several years later to earn a Master’s degree in hospital administration and then assumed a position as an assistant administrator in charge of personnel for a major hospital in Pensacola, Florida. Ultimately, she was promoted to senior hospital administrator, upon the retirement of her boss. She served in that capacity for 22 years before retiring. In her retirement she is a resume and CV consultant for applicants seeking careers in medicine, primarily those with Master’s, Ph.D.’s and M.D.’s. Having such a strong and lengthy background in HR in the medical field, Julie is able to provide resume and CV writing that results in a 99% success rate – success being measured by getting that interview.
